Golf bags on pull carts help the golfer or golf caddy distribute the weight so that it can be rolled rather than carried. This golf bag is versatileit can be used as décor or even used as a pen holder, with the pens sitting with the clubs. The metal wheels also roll as you pull the cart with the handle. Also, the handle is on a hinge which allows the cart to be positioned in several ways if desired. This memorabilia is 100% iron frame; like all of our models, no plastic parts have been used. In the 1900s a modern golf ball was invented as well as the first club-carrying golf bag. The original bags were of the size and shape of our modern Sunday bags. These original golf bags were constructed from canvas with metal ends to offer protection and shape, and had a small 4 opening at the top. As the game grew in popularity and moved from the pasture to the golf course, more specialized clubs were invented and golfers started carrying more clubs and needed a larger bag in which to carry them.
